Organizational Restructuring to Enhance Global Focus
The Dalgakiran company, which is one of the largest Turkish manufacturers and exporters of industrial compressors, has completed an agreement to sell its business assets in Russia.
Together with the sale of shares, Dalgakiran completed the transfer of the relevant assets and the separation of business processes at both the operational and system level. This process was preceded by a transition period, which took place during the last time in compliance with all official approvals and procedures.
Completion of the deal provides an opportunity to focus efforts on further business development and focus activity on other markets.
