Dear business partners and colleagues,
As Dalgakıran Kompresör, the high-quality principle and innovative production approach we have followed for more than 55 years have succeeded us in being the largest compressor manufacturer in Türkiye. Today, we work towards taking this achievement we have received at the national level to the international level, and we are developing our strategy, business plans, organizational structure, and cooperation accordingly. Just like in the past, today we still follow global technology trends closely and pave our way rapidly by adopting innovative changes.
I believe that a country that cannot produce its own means of production shall not be able to act as a determinant in terms of competitiveness in the world. Hence, I would like to state that I am delighted to work for the development of the Turkish Industry and economy, make investments, create employment opportunities, and contribute to export targets, with our consistent and responsible production principles.
We continue to make new investment plans that will carry our company forward, and we consider the geopolitical, economic, or social conditions of our region and our era, during the planning process. We have overcome several challenges, causing fluctuations in the supply chain, such as pandemics, severe natural disasters, global inflation, and energy crises, without compromising our core values and relying on our risk management experience. We acted attentively to benefit from the experiences we gained during these periods as much as possible. Happily, our company continued and will continue to be reliable for both our business partners and employees, regardless of the circumstances. In this context, I would like to note that engaging with satisfied and trustworthy employees plays an active role in our success today.
As long as our success in achieving the financial targets is intact, we shall continue to increase our share in the international market and climb to the top of the sectoral success rankings that are listed globally. In this manner, our company, which exports 70% of its production to more than 130 countries today, aims to grow by production and increase its export-oriented sales, and become one of the top 5 companies in the world in its sector. We highly believe that it is significant to generate social benefits as well as maintain our financial success, and we attach importance to further developing our cooperation toward shaping a more livable world.
Our immediate goals, are by all means very precious, just like every goal we have achieved so far. However, I believe that goals do not serve as much significance unless the journey toward them is gratifying. As Dalgakıran Kompresör, we consider our set targets integrated with the compressed air solutions that we have produced with passion and confidence for half a century, defining the process ‘’The Journey of Air’’. I would like to express my gratitude to everyone who has accompanied us and contributed to this journey.

Dear stakeholders,
We at Dalgakıran Kompresör took our first steps in the compressed air industry in 1965, firm in the belief of being a company that adds value to Türkiye and the world. We worked hard to achieve the growth targets we set in line with this belief and we continually adapted to the market conditions as they changed over time with a reformist approach. This disciplined approach kept us receptive to change and saw us become Türkiye’s foremost manufacturer of compressors in the early 2000s.
As a result of the expansion moves we initiated to transfer our successful momentum in the domestic market to the international market, we opened offices in Russia, Ukraine, Germany, and the United States of America, and adopted a growth strategy focused on exports. These developments have resulted in us becoming a company that exports to more than 130 countries across 6 continents. As a company that exports more than 70% of its production, we are rightfully proud of possessing a significant share of the international market. The fact that we rank among Türkiye’s top 500 exporters adds to our pride. But the greatest of all our accomplishments is being known as a partner that is always dependable and adds value because of the principle of complete customer satisfaction we have adopted in all our services.
I would like to say that we maintain all our production processes and operations driven by the desire to always do better. It is here that we are expanding our portfolio of innovative products with the R&D studies we run focussing on digitalization and innovation, and we continue to be the wind beneath our stakeholders’ wings with our highly productive compressors.
Our employees are our greatest resource and their contribution to our accomplishments and the company being where it is today cannot be overstated. Aware of this, I consider it my duty to make all our workmates feel privileged to be Dalgakıran Kompresör employees and I want to tell our employees as they carry us into the future that we are striving to improve the fair, sincere, safe, peaceful, and progressive working environments we provide.

Dear Dalgakıran employees and valued business associates,
I laid the foundations for Dalgakıran Kompresör in a small shop covering 30 square meters in the Perşembe Market in Karaköy. Back then, I was using my lathe to repair and manufacture broken-down machinery whose spare parts could not usually be found in our country, and as a result, I strengthened my bond with machinery. Just as in every period of my life, I managed to overcome many difficulties at this time through hard work. This selfless effort resulted in me having a greater work capacity and more workbenches.
With this my first growth, I moved to a larger shop in Topkapı. It was here that I and my workmates at the time manufactured screw compressors, considered state-of-the-art technology back then in the 1980s. We later moved to the İMES Industrial Park where we made screw compressors. Sometime after that, we started conducting international operations with the large support of my children, now Dalgakıran Kompresör’s second generation of directors, and we established our plant in Sancaktepe in 1990. My children’s different virtues and perspectives allowed us to think in multiple directions back then and tackle the challenges we faced more quickly. Our company grew over time along those lines and today we are in the position of being Türkiye's largest manufacturer and exporter of industrial compressors.
Although I have recounted this 55-year adventure as a success story, another thing I remember well is all the pessimistic comments and negative thoughts we encountered whenever we shared our dreams of being where we are today with those around us. But neither these comments nor the adversities we encountered during our growth were enough to deter us from making this journey. No adversity could withstand our selfless and relentless efforts and hold us back. It is here that I want to say that developing the right strategies and taking risks in addition to doing every job excellently no matter what and keeping our promises were valuable, key elements behind our success today.
We are proud of our company’s steady growth and the contributions we are making to the Turkish industry and the national economy. I fully believe that our progress so far and into the future, adhering to the values we hold, will carry us to more and even greater achievements. I thank each and every member of the Dalgakıran Kompresör family who shares in this faith and resolve for their contributions and I wish them success in their work.
