The quality practices implemented in all areas of company life raise our employees’ quality of life, increase customer satisfaction, ensure an increased share in the market, and contribute to community life.

Our Integrated Management System aims to create and spread risk-based thinking at all levels to achieve sustainable customer satisfaction for the products and services which are our organisation’s primary objective by deeply understanding and assessing the expectations of all our domestic and foreign stakeholders globally, and to achieve continuous improvement in all processes and management system practices by managing risks correctly. Process performances are measured and monitored effectively and process efficiencies are monitored with the internal audit method

Aware that employee satisfaction is one of our organisation’s key values and the factor underpinning customer satisfaction, we aim to increase employee competencies through technical and behavioural training so that quality awareness, an inquiring mindset, continuous development and innovation, affinity for cooperation, solution partnerships, dynamism, and flexible behaviours are adopted and become commonplace. The Integrated Management System is responsible for checking and following up compliance obligations as part of the constant self-checking mechanism in line with our requirement to demonstrate the ability to provide goods and services that meet all national and international regulatory conditions and other conditions deemed necessary by the product portfolio and all the countries we target as a result of our expanding product line and service network and geographic presence, which are part and parcel of being a global brand.

Acting on its goal of becoming a global company in the machinery industry, Dalgakıran conducts environmental review activities in its operations, production lines, and products at its production facility.

In light of the integrated system policy, which is based on legal obligations and liabilities including environmental aspects and other relevant conditions and which needs to be updated continuously in terms of the environment, our organisation has made it its mission to protect the environment and natural life for the sake of future generations and to look out for the health and safety of its employees, customers, and the surrounding people who are impacted by its goods and services in the understanding of the cycle of life. With the goal of using natural resources efficiently, our organisation places goods on the market which are environmentally friendly and consume little energy starting at the design stage of its goods, services, and operations. Incentivised by the widespread use of new technology, our company is encouraged to take measures to use sustainable resources, save on energy, water, and natural resources, and prevent environmental pollution at all our production sites. Studies are being made with the contribution of all our employees to reduce waste at the source and to dispose of, reuse, recover, and recycle waste.

Our organisation takes all necessary measures to make available for its stakeholders all the resources needed to raise, apply, maintain, and constantly improve environmental awareness. It determines the competencies that employees need to fulfil all their performance and compliance obligations, and it guarantees and monitors their competencies by considering appropriate training, instruction, and experience.

With its understanding of overall quality, Dalgakıran is aware that a healthy and positive approach is essential for effective and productive management. This is why it attaches importance to assessing and managing the potential effects of risks in the workplace on employees, contractors, visitors, and other personnel in the work areas. We aim to guard against any conditions that may arise in the workplace during our operations which may be dangerous or harmful to health and occupational safety, to prevent sickness and injury, and create a healthier and safer working environment. Occupational health and safety are the number one priority for all our employees and an integral part of the job. As such, our goal is to fully prevent all risks associated with occupational health and safety in our operations, to create a safe environment in Dalgakıran’s production facility, to foster this awareness in all employees, and to have a world-class occupational health and safety system.

To provide our customers with goods at the quality they want in full and on time,
To train our employees so as to ensure quality, environmental awareness, and occupational health and safety,
To monitor and measure the performance of the management systems, work continually to raise performance based on the results of this monitoring and measuring, and continually improve it,
To ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level by demonstrating the ability to regularly provide goods and services,
To ensure that our employees and suppliers contribute to all our processes and to consult them,
To protect the environment when carrying out our processes, to eliminate and reduce harmful effects to the environment, and prevent pollution,
To eliminate dangers and reduce risks to our employees by creating a safe and healthy work space,
To ensure that our priority in all our activities involving nuclear power plants is the safety of the nuclear facility by adhering to national and international standards,

Our policy is a framework for determining our objectives and is fully accessible to the people and all interested parties. It has been announced to our employees and our interested parties. To train our employees and raise their awareness relating to the technical specifications of the goods we sell, marketing and sales techniques, and ensuring customer satisfaction,

To ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level by demonstrating the ability to regularly provide goods and services,

INFORMATION SECUTIRY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY

DALGAKIRAN considers corporate information to be a valuable asset. With the goal of protecting its employees’, business partners’, and customers’ information assets we aim to do the following:

Minimize the losses that could arise from information security by effectively managing information security and taking action to prevent its repetition,
Reduce the chances of an information security incident occurring and make a coordinated response should such an incident occur,
Prevent interruptions to critical business processes, when this is not possible, to make them operable within the targeted recovery period and maintain business continuity,
Comply with all legal regulations relating to information security and with contracts made with third parties (business partners, customers, suppliers),
Maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of our customers’ information assets within the information security management system,
Protect our reputation and brand value in the eyes of our employees, customers, suppliers, and the general public,
Have the competence to respond quickly to any information security incidents that may occur and minimize the impact of such incidents,
Raise awareness by providing all personnel with information security management training,
Continuously improve the information security management system
